Fitting a charter into a St. Augustine trip
The 4-hour charter leaves the rest of the day open. A morning trip is off the water by lunch. An afternoon trip ends in time for dinner downtown.
Start times are flexible, so the trip works around the plan instead of the other way round. Tell Captain Wills what else is on the schedule when you book.
What visiting anglers should know
No Florida fishing license is needed. Every angler on the skiff is covered by the charter license, and all rods, bait and tackle are supplied, so there is nothing to pack beyond sunscreen and drinks.
The boat is private. It is never shared with strangers, and it carries up to three anglers, which suits a couple, a parent with two kids or three friends.
